I finally figured out how to do the cutscene ultimate moves after playing this game for 2 months. However, only Sonic has the ability to do these moves, I checked with other characters and they didn't have them but that's cool. The only forms of Sonic that have an ultimate extras are Base, Super, Ultra, and Hyper Sonic. There's one addition tho...Hyper Sonic has a bonus ultimate when in Light Speed mode (fully charge his spin dash just like in Base and Super). He also has to be at half health or less to do his ultimate extra, along with Ultra Sonic.
The controls are: Down + Forward, Down + Forward, Forward + A + B
(My controls are set to my Smash Flash 2 keyboard setup so I have to do D+F, D+F, F+A+S but it's still relatively close)
It took me a couple of tries to get it right, especially when I'm actually fighting someone but it's hella worth it.

I cant do it even when the controls are there , damn
Do U maybe know how to use shadow ability where he turns chaos shadow for an attack BUT NOT TRANSFORM INTO THE FORM PERMANENTLY then after the attack he transform back
As far as I know, that's just a glitch that happens sometimes. The cpu has done it to me several times because I accidentally hit him mid combo or something, and he freaked out. Even Sonic's done it a few times, so I know for sure it's not intentional. It happens in other types of mugen to, like the one with Scourge where he goes super by accident because something hit him at a weird moment.

hey zone, i've been playing SBR for a while now, and sometimes when i use ultra, hyper, or super sonic i've been able to break out of shadow AND shadic's chaos control, so i was wondering if you knew how to do it too
Edit: just to clarify, i have no idea how i do it lol
I kind of know how to do it. I did it by accident at first with base sonic a while ago. I think it's the same way you activate chaos control. (Down + A + S, or in some cases Down + A + B if you have you keys set up that way).

@@-somnimania-2107 ah, same here. I'm not fully sure why it doesn't do it all the time to keep things consistent but when it does happen it makes the fight hype af. I think I might hop into versus mode to test how it works more.

I actually don't use any specific app. I just use my computer's natural screen recording function

It might just be something with your computer's settings. I had to mess around with some settings so I wouldn't record outside audio.

The initial controls for p2 are the arrow keys or movement, the number one being your light attack, 2 is your heavy, 3 is your special, 4 is your first transformation/ ult button, 5 is your second transformation button, 6 being your last transformation button, and 0 is your charge button. Although, you can change them around to your liking if it's uncomfortable to use

how do i do these extra ultimates?
So with the ultimate extras, you have to press Down+Forward, Down+Forward, Down+A+B one after the other. I do my inputs on the keyboard so my B button is the S key but it's the same sequence.
how do u do the ults i have a hard time doing them
Check the description. I put the control input there. It may take a bit to get the hang of, especially when you're in the middle of a match. I just practiced doing them in 2 player versus until I got the hang of them.

Where’s super sonic 2?
There isn't a super sonic 2 in this game. The only thing close to that is full power super sonic, most transforming characters have this ability tbh.

Yeah, this one's pretty good but the other hyper sonic's mobility and combos are waaaay more broken.

Sadly I am not able to pull these moves off because it is way too difficult and if I continue to try it will be a very stressful experience.

Ok do you have to make the player 2's health 1% or yourself Half
In order to do hyper or ultra Sonic's ult, you have to be half health or less. It doesn't matter what the other player's health is since they both one shot

@alejandrodaily4603 yeah dawg, you gotta do it fast, it's hard to time but you'll get it with enough practice if you're comfortable with your button layout don't bother switching them, that'll just make it harder.

Don't worry, it takes time to get the combo down. It took me about a week to get comfortable doing it. I still mess it up sometimes tho

So what ever your down button and forward buttons are, press those at the same time. Then do it again. After you press those twice, press your forward button, your light attack button, and your heavy attack button at the same time. So in other words - (down+forward, down+forward, forward+light attack+heavy attack). Make sure to do the whole input quickly in order to make it work.

Just hold the button you use to charge up your energy bar and your down button. That's also how you turn into werehog.

Hi, I have been pressing the buttons one after another, and it is not working. What am I doing wrong?
Timing is key. You kinda have to do it at the same speed as your normal combos/ special moves. It took me a bit to figure it out too but once you get the timing down you're set......as long as they don't dodge

@@isiscornelis-brion7779 Down + forward, down + forward, forward + light attack + heavy attack. Try to focus on that string of button presses instead of the way I have it in the description. Try going on versus mode to practice it a bit since the ai won't interrupt you there.

It didn't work
Remember that for hyper and ultra sonic's, you need to explain half health or lower for it to work. For base and super sonic, it doesn't matter. Just keep that in mind while doing the inputs quickly.
What are the controls in base? I'm asking because the controls for it didn't work for me.
@@maine0623 the controls are the same. You just don't have to worry about how much health you have. It's pretty much free reign
