Even as a Pakistani, I have to admit that he brought joy of cricket to me. His 85 in the 2011 WC semi against us might have knocked Pakistan out but despite that, I just had to accept and admire that ok Sachin u r d best. U outplayed our bowlers. His innings of 1999 Chennai test and 2003 WC ODI against Pakistan are the best I've seen in my life. His game, his approach, his personality, his balance, his physique, his temperament, his mind, everything was made for cricket.

Some nonsense people called him selfish and other abuses etc..they are jealous of Sachin's achievements that he earned..Remember last 13 years of his cricket he has so many surgeries that he cut his many scoring shots & still he scores runs..

Insane level of skill and mental strength that made him dominate the very greatest bowlers of all time sets him apart. In a lot of ways Sachin was both blessed cuz of the high quality bowling in his age and challenged by it. Those battles against all time greats made sure his legacy is forever cemented in cricketing history. It'd be a crime to mention anyone else in the same breath as him

Greatest !! Why? I saw this and felt my tears and did not even understand why. Its THE FEELING of the lonely hope and happiness we had in 90's. We never cared India won or not but want sachin to bat like a champion and score a century or hit few fours and sixes. I used to watch the highlights again and again to see his batting.
Never ever a player evoked more emotions and passion for any Game than SACHIN that's why he is the Greatest!!
