This headlamp has a main white , a warm white (wide angle for closeup work) and a red spot LED
The 4000mAh pack with powerbank feature is mounted on the back of the head.

Interesting review. Mostly reviews are in an open field and that gives the impressions that we all know. Here in a completely different situation. Your walking and funny accellerations gave me a very real impression. Caves make me feel unheimisch and there I would love more throw. Now after lets say 50-60 meters you see only the dark rest of the corridor. In an open field thats no problem but in a closed situation it is.
I would also take a firm thrower, like an FT03 or so.
Very good review. It makes me think, wonder about the situation where you use your light
