Thank you for the tips. Could I humbly ask if you could do a Walkabout Wednesday going in the opposite direction? I would love to see your garden from that perspective. Thanks!
Simply love every episode. I joined recently, but went back and watched all videos from 9 years ago. Just new to succulent world, so love all the tips, the projects. THE BEST…. Thank you Laura for sharing your passion, your creativity, your design ideas, and most of all your unconditional love to share …. Very inspired as new succulent lover here. More Blessings to you and your family. Keep Safe🙏🏻🙋🏻♀️❤️😊
I have missed you, so glad you're alright. My 12 yr old jade fell over this week, dried in some places, rotted in others. Thanks to today's walkabout I realized it was dormant for the heat and overwatered. I salvaged all I could, fingers crossed.
Missed you so much! Happy to hear all is well ❤Really appreciate the tips and talk about summer heat and what to do or not do. So helpful. I’m trying to be patient and wait until it cools down a bit. Thank you!!!
Looks great! I love the collectibles. Happy rebirth too, I had a massive heart attack last Tuesday and now your story hits so much closer to home. Thank you for the low stress viewing haha.
So happy to walk with you through your garden again! When you are MIA for a while I panic and wonder if you and Greg are retiring. Glad your family is well and hope to see you again soon!
there you are!! the heat is on, isn't it? next week even hotter... can't wait till fall to start doing some cleanup... your garden is always full of interest.. one could spend hours walking around and looking at all the plants... so happy to have you back!!! 🥰🥰🥰
Hi Laura, Yay! Walkabout Wednesday. Loved the updates in your succulent garden. Excited to see what you do with your big clam shell and your oldie chair. I know you enjoy cleaning up areas in your garden. It reenergizes you and me, just seeing you do it😊 love it! Take care sweet lady. All is well 🌵
Hi Laura, Lovely to see a walkabout pop up. Like myself, you seem to be getting the mangaves growing. I don't dare put them in the ground as I am physically limited and don't like to have to ask my gardener to remove prickly plants from the garden. Love your garden. Love from Oz
Yaaay!🎉 I grinned and clicked so fast when I saw your video. Missed you. Did you notice the bud on the cacti near the fountain? (The one behind the potted yellow cacti) Please show us when it flowers. 🌵😁
Laura, My husband and I just celebrated his survival on August 15th, 2023 of a sudden cardiac arrest. There was no heart attack.. his heart just stopped. I found him within a couple minutes and the 911 operator talked me through chest compressions until the squad arrived. The chance of survival is 5 percent and even less to return to your previous state of health. But miracles do happen. A day doesn't go by that I don't count my blessing to still have him. Bless you and may to have many more "anniversary" celebrations.
Happy Walkabout Wednesday! Always a joy to see how the plants are faring in this weird weather we’re having. All in all they’re looking good. Gotta say, I always enjoy the walkabouts and tutorials the best - I learn so much. I hope things settle down for you and yours - calamities seem to be the order of the day for so many people this year. I’m blaming it on the brutal summer we’ve had and can’t wait for fall 🍂!
I get a cleaner look by pushing on the Mangave bloom stalk and snapping it off at the base. Sometimes they send up new stalks and I continue to snap them off. Maintains the look of the plant longer.
The white rhino will grow if you give it a little water sometimes. I find that a few days after i water mine i look at it and say damn its a lot bigger now, wow. Your baby's necklace is devine! ❤
Hope Greg has an ok trip ❤ Good to see what doesn’t luv extra heat even if it’s not summer dormant 😮 feeling better about some of my plants 😊 Any tips on aloe spiralus? I’m hesitant to put it in full summer sun (new to me)
Late summer kind of sucks for succs eh? Sorry for Greg's mother, dementia is awful and burdensome. Thanks for this video it's validating what a lot of us are experiencing these last weeks of summer sun.

Do u water the ones that can handle the summer heat? Ex. those barrel cactus, mammilaria, and agave?
Gently and infrequently!
Hi Laura, stop the video at 20:00 and you will seevyour Rhino has a small pup! Can you check it? ❤
Welcome back just a funny question do you get any golf balls from the course next door in your garden. Hello from Australia
