19:28 instead of updating the game and only being able to select superstars that are drafted on the show you are currently adding matches on, they should instead add RAW, SMACKDOWN, and NXT filters so you can scroll through the RAW filter and only select RAW superstars. I feel like they should not remove it so you can have special NXT appearances on either RAW or SMACKDOWN, or have RAW and SMACKDOWN superstars showing up on different brands to promote Survivor Series, Royal Rumble, MITB, WrestleMania, etc. It saves time having to back out and remove or add wrestlers from/to shows.
Other than Chelsea Green and Nikita Lyon I don't really like anyone on WWE. And no I'm not a mark for AEW. That promotion is basically backyard wrestling televised! AEW isn't professional wrestling its amateur backyard wrestling gone wild.

I personally got rid of the brand split so I have more freedok with the roster, however I still try to keep my wrestlers to 1 show even though they're able to appear on both
I like this. I used to write everything down. I would have 8 pack matches for no #1 contender. Build future rivalries every division and run 1 show. But now i run 3 shows and 5 match card. The 5th match is my storylines. Both wcw and wwe hardcore titles are used in ecw show 30 gauntlet eliminator ko and 3 finishers in. The winner gets ratings boost 85 and a #1 contender boss match (superheavy 99 ovl) my show boss are wwf Umaga and wcw is vader. The show bosses are in gauntlet randomly if they win. Ecw roster has to go to wcw/wwf fight boss for hardcore title. No ecw roster or boss has won yet. Ive seen great some matches. 911 is ecw show boss but he likes to chokeslam anyone in rivalry for fun lol
I'm to lazy to use a spreadsheet. I mainly use mental notes and the rivalry thingy to as aid, to remind me of what booking, I want to make for my PPV. Is like NJPW and Stardom, they mainly do the PPVs bookings and then use the house shows to build up those fights, that's how I use my weekly shows, build up for the PPVs and undercard and tag title matches. Since I do similar to how UFC and One Championship, NJPW does, having the weight division/rankings for the male part and that decides the #1 contender for the division title. For the women, I don't use the weight system, but a top 10 for the main women's title and the rest for midcarder, undercard and tag titles. And similar to soccer league rankings, the worst of each division goes to the division below, main eventers -> midcarders -> undercarders/tag division. The best of each division, I do the opposite. And I stick to monthly arks/rivalries, making easier for me, to keep track of things, without the use of external aid.
Please give me your opinions. I don’t know how others play the game. I only find this helpful if you’re recording videos to upload. I think I spreadsheet for universe mode is hella work if you not uploading.
It is, but it's your own fun. There is an entire game series (Total Extreme Wrestling on PC) where you book your own shows, and it is similar to that. The main issue is that 2K has not updated Universe mode to feel real, so it sucks that we have to do that. But building your own shows, even if its not being uploaded, can end up being your fun.

Do you have automatic rivalries turned off? Do you set up rivalries from the start of universe mode? I kind of like the idea of rivalries happening organically
I have been working on building my own guy for universe and I want to do some kinda play through start in NXT then kinda have story of team taking u under their wing but I'm stuck at the point of how to make good story happen I need some ideas

I completely understand this sentiment. When I started playing 2K22 after like 10 years of never touching a WWE game, I couldn't understand the concept. I couldn't understand why anyone would want to just write random things down or follow their own scripted storylines, because how could that be fun? But over the past couple years it just clicked and started to appeal to me. I don't know why or how, but it did.
@@og-bones that’s not what I meant………… what I meant was if you need to write it down and you have probably at least two other options (if you own a phone and/or you know how to write) that are technically free (because you already have them) then why should we buy whatever to do the same thing?!? It’s more so “if you think this is a better option then let me know a lot more reason then the few you did give”… but yeah, when I was a kid I made up a lot of stories for the WWF games! I’m also a big fan of the universe mode, I haven't bought the game yet and I read that there problems both to download from the community and that the game crush the moment you add the downloaded wrestlers/titles/areas to the universe mode I wanted to know if this was true and if so if it was fixed thanks
I haven’t ran into that specific issue. I, personally, haven’t had any issues with CC or downloaded wrestlers. I make sure to clear out my images pretty often, as I always download wrestlers for like 1 or 2 quick matches and then delete them. I have about 50 downloaded right now, and my universe mode hasn’t crashed or become unplayable yet.
how to make a custom entrance to work for 2 attire for custom character? because when I use the costume of the second slot the entrance is shown as default but not customized and this is quite annoying since there were no problems with this in 2k23...

1 show is easiest to start with. Keeping a small roster of about 25-30 people can also be beneficial, and can just make things more simple for you.

Just book your own, turn off automatic rivalries, and ignore everything the cpu does lol

Do you quick sim all the matches or watch the AI fight the matches out?
I play everything so I can get the storylines I want. But sometimes I lose and I just play it into the storyline lol
