Thanks for presentation it gives good understanding. I have a question regarding the two services shown 1. Opportunity and 2. Customer Management. Assuming these two are part of Salesforce which they are: do they live on different databases as per microservice architecture as these are two different services and any changes to any service I can simply go add a field to Customer database and whixh does not affect Opportunity database at all? Thank you

How to avoid having Service Cloud as a single database, because microservice architecture requires database per microservice?
