It's incredible, they all sound the same in clean mode and are so different with drive!!! I have a E609, I'd like to add a RB500 to tame some high frequencies...
Somehow the answer is obvious, more drive, more harmonics. More harmonics, more frequency spectrum for the mics to respond versus the narrow, mid-weighted clean tone.

The difference is clearly in the drive channel...and the SM57 sucks here...haha. Great, well done Cris!
