In MX she gets the Nadesico B and in W she is the C's captain if you want to her to be, I think what happened to her in the movie after Akito's departure is mostly left to interpretation. Of course, paralysis due to her limbs growing atrophied makes sense since she's been stuck in there for years, but she could have been well preserved by the Calculation Unit and be good to go after some recovery time. :>
