FIX - Epic Games Launcher cropped display screen error | Scaling recommended resolution

This doesn't fix the app. This requires to change pc settings that we do not want to change. The Epic app starts fine on first launch. But when switching displayed pages it starts cropping. Thus the app is messed up and needs fixed.
