Wow that is depressing. In a few years we will be selling our home in NJ to move closer to my daughter in DC. We are thinking Va. but we are worried about what it will be like by the time we move. If it wasn't for my daughter we'd stay here or even move back to Brooklyn where we grew up. My two sisters live in Fla. and my daughter pretty much forbade us from moving there. LOL One is a Trumper the other hates him.
Wisconsin has 5 MAGA buffoons as Reps, all from one State. And there is, also, Russian Ron!!
I was told by someone born and lived in South Carolina that it's a racist state under Gainsborough hats, mint julep, and Southern Accents, all full of meaning.
Joe Biden, your job 1 in your second term needs to be expanding the court.
He's already said he won't do that.

Never going to happen. The Dems won't get a supermajority in the senate. Without that, the legislation will never pass and the Dems aren't bright enough to get rid of the filibuster.

This is absolutely and completely unbelievable. I thought the wires were wrong when I read the headlines. Basically this sets precedent and gives carte-blanche for Republicans to racially gerrymander as long as they replace the any reference to people of color, with the word Democrat and references to white people, with the word Republican. It codifies with blessings from the Supreme Court, the practice of gerrymandering.
It is so incredibly important to understand the historical practice of redlining and how it impacts where people live. This is absolutely and completely unbelievable.

@@janetmoquin7828 If a comment "dissapeared" it's usually a automatic, A.I. driven force that could be due to a channel's over aggressive settings on certain words, comments, just about anything. A lot of mine seem to end up in the corn field and it's not from vulgar language ect. Funky characters etc can do it. Just something the algorythm doesn't like. Usually the channel owner doesn't know or ever see these removed comments. It's all automagically handled. RUclips could at least send a blurb that it was removed for such and such a reason! Your left not knowing what you did and generally pissed and feeling the creator nailed you . The real rub is when it's removed (for everyone else) but YOU. Get back on YT as another user or unregistered user and it may not be there. I noticed it when I realized my (very whitty:) comments got 0 comments over and over again. Not even a comment by acident? Look for that video "logged out" and you can find that it's totally gone even though it is there when you are logged in under your account. Blaw blaw. Sorry, it just really chaps my hide. Where will the limits be to assuming "good faith"? I am pretty sure a lot of people who find themselves before a court, be it criminal or civil, make statements that can't be verified as true or false. Do we have to give all these people the benefit of the doubt? Absolutely insane!

There's no reason to consider any ruling from this court as legitimate. This will remain the case until there is serious and legitimate reform of the highest, most unaccountable court in this land. The rules apply to everyone, or no one, in a free and open society.

The United States is far more heterogeneous than people realize. There isn't a way to secede without it causing problems for people all across the country. There are blue swaths in the red states and red swaths in the blue states and I doubt the red states will providing funding to let people leave if they want to but don't have the means.
