CRATE Power Block Bass Amplifier Repair

I just took mine out of storage to find very low volume. Worked fine when put away years ago. I am not very experienced at electronic repairs but can fix basic issues. Any idea where to start looking?

Looks like that IC solders in! Who does that? I’m on Long Island, NY

simply no sound output or dc on speaker terminals. psu was fine as shown. v common fault bad ic on these amps.
