He has also played organized streamer battles and scrims against academy team and it also showed that he has good shot calling and IGL capabilities, like when he managed to make kesha do really well on a serious streamer tournament. Hes a severely different player now, yet teams wont acknowledge that because which proves that blacklisting in LOL esports is true.

Bwipo mentioned that his biggest regret for Worlds 2020 was not helping out his teammates and solely focusing on himself (likely because he was dissatisfied with his Worlds 2019 performance). they dont really care about game being balanced, rather they force meta, balance it around pro play and overengineer simple stuff. And also dont revert bad changes. And include no positive changes, they are so afraid of changing anything in order to make game more fun.
It won’t matter because even before he was on the balance team, they would get flamed for decisions and how they want the game to be dictated. Him being there just gave everyone a face to hate. The fact that he’s now the head of that team I think only gonna makes the flaming worse. Because of the way Phreak conducts himself, the second players start to disagree with his changes, he becomes intensely hateable.

He was "disrespectful" insofar as when C9 had a scheduled team itinerary (like a 7am workout session, group walks/jogs, that kind of thing) LS was 100% not on board and told them that it was a waste of time. It won’t matter because even before he was on the balance team, they would get flamed for decisions and how they want the game to be dictated. Him being there just gave everyone a face to hate. The fact that he’s now the head of that team I think only gonna makes the flaming worse. Even when he eventually leaves people are still going to say that the balance team are brain dead monkeys who don’t even play the game they’re balancing (sometimes they’re right)

Whenever he talks about the changes in clips that I have seen, he is always condescending, defensive, and sarcastic, which is exactly the opposite of what you would want a balance team member to be. If they had their lead be someone who came off as humble, open to criticism, and willing to admit their mistakes and change their mind on things, it would make them much harder to hate.
Because of the way Phreak conducts himself, the second players start to disagree with his changes, he becomes intensely hateable.

There is a lot of misinformation and a few of the "mysteries" in this video that if you just watch enough videos on them and do your own research, you will see that aren't really true. From the LS thing, Nemesis thing, and Dantes/Offlinetv thing, you will be able tell why certain things happenned if you pay attention to how the content creators responded from the drama. This video does a lot of surface level research and makes it seem like certain parties are still at drama with each other.
