I react literally the same way when dumb crap like that happens especially when the dude you played had no respect. Spam laughing with Hades after winning is like beating a 5 year old in a race as a grown man then teasing him for losing.
Yeah those 3 laughs at the end definitely make him toxic.... no not really. They weren't in good taste but you should stop labeling every person who you have a slight annoyance with as toxic. He played a 40 minute game as well. He won because of a shitty glitch. You got pissed because the glitch cost you the game. Get over it. He back doored phoenix once. Get over it. Not everyone has to play by the 'straight down the lane is the only way to go' playstyle. Not playing the game the same as you would isn't toxic. Toxic would be him taunting every time you miss an ability. You're right to be pissed at the way the loss happened but calling him 'TOXIC BOI' for clicks is a line of BS. You're a great player Sam, but you bitch almost as much as Rexsi sometimes when things dont pan out exactly as you've planned. Normally you're gracious but dude, the glitch triggered you and youre transferring that anger to the Hades.

Sam was literally bullying that Hades around all game long and then when he had the chance to get a revenge kill on the Pers passive the bug happens... FIX YOUR GAME SMITE. Thats 93 MMR lost because of a glitch, ive been in Sam’s shoes so many times, i even became a duel main thanks to Sam and i totally understand his rage at this its unfair.

it's understandable that you would be mad after that sam, but don't worry, we all saw how well you played and it's a victory in our eyes really. I mean, you pretty much dominated that hades for 15 minutes before it ended that way. And don't get the frustration get to you, spam laugh is just an in game emote in the end, it doesn't really matter that much. At least it's what I think and it doesn't bother me that much, it's just petty things you try to do to taunt your opponent, I usually take them lightheartedly. And persephone's passive cancels if you right click, idk if that's what you accidentally did or it really was a bug.
Yo Sam, honestly a badass game and it was nice seeing you learn a new God, if you ever learn a god you should post it, I'd be interested to see your thought process in learning a new God with all the experience and time you have in the game, keep it up bro!

I personally max her 2 first, that gives you an insane pressure in early game even against Hades and also people usually underestimate explosion damage and they get snowballed really badly. 2, 1, 3 and ult whenever you can, that’s my skill order
Yeah, but maxing the 2 means all of your dmg output comes from a not guaranteed dmg source. You need to hit the plants. There's no guarantee you'll hit the plants you need to everytime. The 1 is a much more secured source of dmg. Maybe it works better for you, but for beginners, it's probably better that they start with maxing the 1
Caleb quilates on the contrary maxing 1 is more 1. It’s a relatively difficult ability to hit successfully due to its long range animation delay. Plants on the other hand can chase and hit enrmies no matter what, also you can have 6 to 10 plants at the same time so you can use another one even if you miss one of them.
Caleb quilates If you group all the plants together, they can’t possibly juke them all.

Great vid Sam, nice to see you on an unfamiliar character! I'm terrible at her but a great thing you can do is, after using the leap fire an auto and place a 2 at the end of your auto range, it'll instantly explode with no time for reaction.

Hey Sam love the content brother. As someone who frequently plays persephone I find pairs of skulls to be nice as you can hit 2 at the same time with your autos to detonate them. Just some friendly advice would love to see you learn more gods on camera as its a learning experience for me as well seeing as your so damn good at this game.
I like to bunch three skulls and then using the three to get them to the next stage and just blow up whoever dives me

Level 10 peesophne here, the secret to Persephone is lining up your flowers at a good distance, than using your 3 on them all at once, the distance between ensures a continuous attack with damage. Also have your flowers up before you ult, ult, 3 your flowers, 1 and enjoy your enemy squirming while they die ☺️☺️

Just a tip for you guys who are learning perse. It’s much better to put her plants on quick or insta casting as you can basic attack before putting your plant down and you’ll find that they have no time to react to the explosions and won’t see it coming. That first time Sam died to the hades if he would have had his plants on insta or quick casting and have had basic attacked before putting the plant down he would have got the kill.It’s something small that makes a huge difference when playing her. Gg

A few suggestions if I may.
1.) Always spread the plants out across the lane don't just focus them into one part and be done with it. That way you can easily push others under their tower and have more dominance over camp exp.
2.) Use the detonating plants, they are better than the fully grown ones since they do aoe, slow and they scale really well.
3.) Try Desolation on her, since she can spam the plant explosions penetration works really well with her.
4.) The ult is your best friend for chasing. Lure them into a field (they always get impatient) wait for them to eat huge damage, than ult them once they try to make some distance.
Other than that you are getting really good at her I think props :D
I think people don't like Pers /see how busted she is because she requires more than game knowledge to play. She needs tactical and really well thought out game play especially with the plant placement. Playing her makes the game more about tactic than about mechanical skills or game knowledge.

i always wondered why something auto canceling with the seed would make it explode instantly but the video helped me see that after her dash the next plant she activates is instantly increased by a tier if that makes sense , idk just hoping someone sees this and it helps them
It happens to me too 39:23 I have been playing her for sometime and sometimes her passive cancels if you use your ult sometimes

Hey Sam, the way I play Persnis by planting all of my plants in a group, wait for them to push up more than they should, then watch them run in fear of being insta-killed by the plants all chasing them (Usually happens against Discordia mains for me)
Yess I play her exactly the same, and i was wondering if I was the only one since I don't see you tubers doing it. I rarely use the basic plant explosions unless I was trying to heal but hit it too late lol

Hey Sam, first off you played Persephone really well in my opinion. There is just one thing that I‘m curios about. I‘ve been wondering on why you went for Soul Reaver instead of an item that has more % Pen like an Ob Shard or Coin. I have no idea of the Dual Meta or how Duel works and if it‘s different with the % Pen items there but maybe that‘ll help you.

I thought that was a feature, you ult to cancel your ghost form so u can spawn faster
Okay, as a Hades main, I wanna analyze this a little bit
- the guy was doing the same thing over and over again, not learning from the past fights
- he used ult when Sam had jump available, you want to burn beads with Hades ult, not make the enemy use his 5 second cooldown leap, unless is for a big brain strategy, which he clearly wasn’t planning any
-he didn’t use the 2 and ult combo, so Sam couldn’t jump for most of the ult’s duration
The guy has a GM border on Hades and plays like a guy who just started to play Hades, and this is just 3 things from all the mistakes that Hades made...

Bancrofts Talon is a must buy on Persephone because when Persephone is in her death passive state, she gets the full 200 power from the bancrofts passive. Just letting you know :)

Persephone to me has an extremely high skill cap rather then most people believe.. Her ult is probably her strongest point on her in the main mode of conquest, but in reality that passive is probably one of the best passives in the game. The versatiliy of her plants with in her 1-3 are probably just as complicated as 9 abilities of merlin.
