Re... ) was actually the SECOND time Lukas and I went for a lap in the A45S because the first time we have experienced some tech issues halfway through the lap. However, this lap was SO GOOD, that I decided to upload it anyway so you can see some things from different perspective and listen to extra info!

i remember the days when a hot hatch was 150BHP and people went crazy, now were hovering around 400BHP thats porsche 911 turbo power back in the 1990's
The front looks really well controlled, far better than the previous model, and light years ahead of the RS3
Rs3 is using 235 front instead of 255.
Audi stock geometry sucks, put more front and rear camber and the front will grip more and the rear will be more playful when lifting
To be fair a new RS3 is coming soon. But yea the A45s is awesome.
Let’s not forget Audi’s have their engines mounted nearly in front of the front axle , that’s not helping a thing

I wondered why didn't you shot the POV version of this car. The GT R Pro version was epic.
I love how high power german cars nowadays are all underrated from the factory. My M2C dynod at 431 whp, stock.
Just don't tell non car enthusiasts! (especially Austrian Authorities, we pay tax according to the power figures the manuafcturer gives... the more power the more expensive it gets. for example: 170hp are 790€ per year, 525 are 3200€ per year...)
Seriously love the clean design of the interior. Look forward to future laps after Lukas completes the upgrades!
It is good that we have options. I was just going to post how ugly it looks. Hate the big screens. They don’t make nice looking cars anymore

Love it!!! My daily driver is a W177 Mercedes-AMG A45S Edition One. Picked it up a month ago to replace my ALFA Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio (who wants an ALFA out of warranty?), so much better and faster than my first (and Mercedes' first model) A45. My fun car is a 991.2 911 GT3 RS (which replaced my old and loved 918 Cayman GT4). Both are fun and fast :) Not as fast as Apex's 911 GT2 RS MR though! That thing is a beast!!!

I still love my mk4 gti, i think that 180bhp are enough for the streets of my city, but a that a45 looks sick and I bet feels even better

Nice lap! I am in a 997.2 right now but i must say i miss the torque vector from my previous car the focus RS mk3,, it is a great feeling in corners when it just pulls you in harder and harder the more gas you give. Really tempted to get a A45s for sure but man it would feel wierd putting up that amount of cash on a hatchback! seeing i can almost get a used 997 gt3 for that amount of cash.

I said it in the previous video but, the interior is sooo nice. The downside of this car is the price (and the stock sound), if I remember its €65k for a 'base' one here in Belgium and in NL it's around €90k if I'm not mistaken. That's crazyyyyyyy expensive

Admittedly I really the A45S AMG, I was thinking about 1 before C-19 came along. Good Lap despite the shaky Camera, 500BHP would be enough of a power upgrade with a few suspension and brake mods.

Evening Misha yes the A45s certainly is a hot hatch with a hot price tag it’s understandable but will be out of quite a few people’s budget. # I have been destructive, could this be the 2020 quote of the year.

Understeer from braking too far into a corner sounds just like what happens in Evos and STIs. Too much weight on the front and it just overloads the tires making it worse.

I'm an Audi fan, sad to say but this a45 would be able to destroy the rs3 very easily on track...
Im a Mercedes fan and to be fair a new RS3 is coming very soon so you can´t really compare this a45 to the old rs3.

It's all fun and games until the Porsches show up. Great Benz. When the. Porsches obviously a different class car pull away it's impressive. Because it seemed this car was moving..

btw not super fan of A45's, too expensive for what it is BUT this Renntech S version seems to accelerate pretty hard and the awd system pretty balanced. I take the AMG GTR all day though!
