It also says that this story was very old, from ancient and distant planet,etc or before there were history records, before births of some Aeons With means events of Genshin Impact could have happened way back. I suggest watching The Gamer Chronicles theory. Because it suggest that Teyvat is a simulated universe, something like what Kevin wanted to do.

And in the animation venti said "I was created by the GOD OF TIME" then at night that different types of Gnosis Glow brightly at night....And i saw a video about video and that video is also about theories about venti. He said that the statue is the GOD OF TIME named "ISTARIOTH" which is the mother of venti...As the reaction at the end shows that the animation and "Venti's eyes look like a clock" maybe HER mother's gnosis was given to him? That's why it work on him because he is one of her creations? Idk, it's just my theory yet...
