    I read some advice about making this popcorn from a employee that used to work with AMC he said if you let the popcorn sit to cool for like 10 or 15 minutes it gets crispier.

      It is true because the steam reduces will baking and the salt (flavacol) helps to absorb moisture! ;-)

      @@ioannistheodoroleas you know coconut oil is super unhealthy and could have very extremely high blood pressure in your body that you need blood pressure medicine for the rest of your life. Get canola oil or vegetable oil for your popcorn there kid

    I add Splenda with the Flavacol. Splenda is the only sweetener that won’t burn. Great Kettle corn.

      Particularly love the beat and the talk on those guitar base southern blues. In the movie Angel Heart there is a song quite similar, perhaps are them.

    I thought Flavacol turns popcorn yellow?

      30%. Popcorn becomes yellow by putting oil or butter with carotene pigment. For example thrivecuisine.com/favorites/best-coconut-oil-for-popcorn/ I now use nutiva, it has more natural taste!

      The expiration date is referenced in each salt package. In any case salt must be preserved in dry and dark environment. Thanks!
