Same here. A lot of work was put into it when it began development, Why not just finish what they started. They just need a console/handheld and (maybe) a couple tweaks here & there and they'd be set.

What is it with all these people assuming sonic X-treme would be good anyway? It was being made for a system that couldn't do 3d that well and the gameplay looked sluggish and boring compared to other 3d platformers.
No the game would be more fun for the 3DS because it's a 32 bit prototype that was going to be for the sega saturn. I don't think this game would be perfect for the Wii U.
+Yoshino I Already Knew That. Sega Took The Idea of The Cancelled Game and Made it into Sonic Lost World for The Wii U. Although The Gameplay on That Game is Exactly The Same Thing from Sonic X-treme. including Some Elements from Super Mario Galaxy.
