JetSurfing Nation I'm french but I was working in Norway :) my contract is finished now so I'm in south of france until end of august then I will travel until december , and hope to be back to norway in 2018 :) where are you?
Beauty then I will try to do in Solidworks same, it will take longer no problem already 1 year I started this project, I already have the engine and I made an aluminum turbine and now I bought a 3d printer and I intend to do the mold all in it, Thanks for while
Take care about the impeller with Aluminium, because with high speed, your blades can be deformed. The best is to have an aluminium alloy but it's not easy to find... did you buy the impeller or did you make it by yourself? if you have the engine, be aware that you shouldn't exceed 7000 rpm otherwise you will have a cavitation problem :)
Usually, engineers try to avoid cavitation and we have some solutions. but anyway, if your rpm are very high, you will meet that, even if you change the shape. It's not a big problem for our jetsurf because we don't use it often, but if you have to sell it, it can be a problem. Anyway, it decrease the efficiency of your system. I invite you to read this nice article: www.flowcontrolnetwork.com/qa-pump-cavitation-diagnosis-control/
Filipe Carvalho what would be the point to keep this project as a selfish person. A jetsurf can cost 12000€ which is expensive, and I think on the earth, a lot of people are like mac gyver, manual workers, professional of DIY :) I don’t give any 3D model or else, I just share my knowledge to people, and hope they will do something nice :) then I will be happy! Carbon fiber is expensive, and for the 3D printing, you need to print several test before using it, because the printer doesn’t always print what you expect :) I have just finished a tutorial tofay on how to make the mold, I will upload it soon :) you can subscribe to my channel if you want to be notified when the next video will be uploaded :) good luck !
I think your PC cooler is ready to diy... )))
Thanks for video!
Thank you for this video!!!! You are the best!!
Can you do a tutorial on how to do this but in SolidWorks... It could be awesome. Excellent job!!!
I am testing different jet boards
Very nice work! Are the motor and pump plug and play or do you developed some parts by yourself?
sorry for late answer! I just saw it now... For the motor, I took it directly from Grabcad, but for the pump plug, I developped it by myself :)
Very interesting. where are you based?

I need your help. How can I contact you
Can this be 3d printed? could I have the stl files please
Nope, you have to make your own ;)
Can you share the CAD files please.
Adam Gow I made a tutorial that explains you how to make the 3D model, watch my other videos ;)
@@yaelpericard thanks for the reply, I did see that but I don't think it mentioned any dimensions. I'm specifically after the jet pump specs. Thanks

what about impeller shape. can you avoid cavitation with a certain shape also?

Hey can I download that?
Wyatt Barriger hehe no, that's why I made a tutorial! to help the people to make their own one :)
Can you share the file?
How download your project?
If I make a tutorial, it's for pushing people to create their own jetsurf, otherwise this video would be useless ^^
Sorry for the question, why not keep this project to yourself? txs a lot! its awesome this project!
I hope it's not too expensive to print or make.
