Vice City, 1984. Opportunity abounds in a city emerging from the swamps, its growth fueled by a violent power struggle in a lucrative drug trade. Construction is everywhere as a shining metropolis rises from foundations of crime and betrayal.
This walkthrough includes some enhancements such as 60 frames-per-second, a new HD HUD (including a redrawn map, high quality weapon and map icons) and sharper, PC-quality textures on buildings and roads.

Fun fact. When I get into the Air Ambulance in this mission while Vic is slow and intoxicated, it makes the same exact door sound as the regular ambulance, meaning that the door sound is a higher pitched version of that. Same with the VCPD chopper, the door sound is the same as the taxi but higher pitched but the slow motion in this mission reveals this, it’s so cool
If you listen carefully to Vic’s call to Gonzalez, you can hear him stuttering and breathing heavy after inhaling the coke. Rockstar did a good job adding detail to the effects of overdosing on cocaine.

Being heavily dosed and losing character control in slow motion is challenging.
It's just like what frank tells Tony Montana in scarface "Don't get high on your own supply"

I'm impressed Vic was coherent in that phonecall, though this was from his perspective so it might have been more like "Gonzalez? There's this tree who cries, and the snake told me if I can't stop him crying the birds will tell me the truth and if I hear the truth I. WILL. DIE!"
It was a coke, not acid... Seems reasonable why the famous "adrenaline effect" is turned on in this mission

This mission is such annoying. You are high as f and then you got time limit with the cops who rams you every 2 seconds.
