I am sometimes amazed at how easy it is to have passive income. After 2 years of investing, I am close to 1500 Swiss francs, after taxes, per month. My goal is 5000 Swiss francs, and I still have 9 years to achieve that. Your videos have always been a great help to me, I appreciate that. Thank you and best wishes from Switzerland 👍🇨🇭🥂
Great video. I am building up my YMAX and ULTY, with less in MSTY, CONY and NVDY. I use AMZY to buy on Ex date and sell on Declaration date. Use profits to buy others. I have QDTE and RDTE to balance things out. My S&P is a more standard ETF getting 13 percent Div. If XDTE drops I'll buy some.
Wow. Good job. We both had the same idea on proshares Bitcoin ETFs. I had BETH, BITX, EETH. I sold out all 3 collected 80k bought more BITO. Now I have 14,320 shares. Plus I used the money to buy more CONY, NVDY, PLTY, MSTY. Also bought ITM calls on IBIT going out to May 25. Rolled out BITO ITM calls and added a few more contracts. Also bought a few shares of COIN, MSTR, PLTR, TSM, XLE. put about 6k in a money market fund for emergency money. Went 8k to Robinhood account to trade XLM, XRP, LINK, BITO, BTC, PLTR, IBIT. Thanks for all your videos. You Rock👍👌👏⭐

I sold YMAX and YMAG at loss in order to buy at lower position, then what happened. JPM Chase brokerage acc. charged me brutal spread for wash sale ! I didn't know that you can't rebuy the same ETF withing 30 days of sale.. fuck ! is RH doing the same? Or how is wash sale managed there?
Everyone needs to know the number one rule when you and sell stocks and etfs is the wash sale rule. You cannot buy a like security 30 days before or after selling for a capital loss; that includes buying a llike security inside your IRA that you sold in your taxable brokerage account for a capital loss. So for example if you sold SPY S&P 500 ETF for a loss you can't buy Vanguard S&P 500 VOO ETF 30 days before or after. Same goes with sector ETFs. You can buy one sector ETF for loss and purchase one in a different sector without violating the wash sale rule. You also violate the wash sale rule if you sold GM stock for a loss and bought Ford 30 days before or after. You can eventually write off your capital losses but it has to do some complicating accounting that you need a CPA. I sometimes get wanting to buy something in the same sector but I always check my sales in my brokerage account to make sure I don't violate the wash sale rule
@@eajack. The thing is that you can't sell ETF at loss and rebuy the dip withing next 30 days, otherwise you will be penalized for wash sale ! You can sell ETF in profit and then rebuy the same ETF no problem ! I solved this penalty wash sale by selling everything and took the loss and bought diff ETF on the same stock...it's fucked up ! They don't want you to make money. I wonder how RH is handling this ?! Must be hidden that penalty in average cost or something. In JP Morgan Chase is visible. You learn every day.
I really enjoy watching your portfolio grow with the nav stable funds. I'm much older so I'm more invested into MSTY, NVDY, CONY, ULTY which will fund the nav stable things like AIPI, QDTE and RDTE. I wish these things were around 10 years ago.... I'd be laughing by now
Will only sustain until Tech and Crypto crash - then your NAV and divs will get massacred - will be interesting to see if it ever recovers from a crash

Wrong. I am retired early and planned to spending down my 401k over 7 years to live on. I have instead invested that 401k $ and now can live off the distributions and have a higher balance now than when I retired 14 months ago.
Completely revamped our high divy portfolio 33% ymax 33 svol 33 spyi.. on a 17500 account.. averaging 742 a month with a 25% divy yield
Have 1000 YMAX since inception. Use the distributions to buy SCHG and SCHD. Gonna juice those dividends as long as possible.

2 weeks ago I bought $100 in YMAX and $100 in QDTE to see which is better in a year. No adding just DRIP enabled.
