My problem with this kind of detailed reporting is that not all businessmen can understand our jargon metrics. Busy businessmen are not interested with colored charts filled with data unique page views and etc. Instead, they want to understand the web performance of their website in terms of conversion. How will I translate my measurement jargons into their language and present it in a non-overwhelming design?

But do I have To get the clients google accounts and their facebook accounts ?

@4:35 you say "they'll be able to see previous result" however there is only 1 line, it should be 2 lines when youre doing comparisons...How would I do that? Also I would like to create reports to show clients SEO gains from month to month Versus previous months (comparisons). I would LOVE a tutorial like that, because I am considering buying this software. Thanks!

By hovering the trendline, the client is able to see the actual result of the previous month, and it also helps understand KPI's trend over a year.
