First video of yours I've stumbled on and I gotta say, the quality is fantastic. The absolute cherry on the top was the full list in the description already instead of lazily letting a commenter do it.

FSR 1.0 performs particularly well at higher 1440p and 4K resolutions, but lacks visual fidelity at lower resolutions such as 1080p. FSR 2.0 greatly improves on that, offering better image quality across all resolutions making it the clear choice. FSR 2.0 also has poor compatibility with older AMD cards, but that's not the case with your 6800XT.
Wow, this is fantastic! Thank the algorithm for recommending this video to me but more so thank you for this amazing video. I usually watch DF or others like Hardware Unboxed and that Owen guy but they usually don’t put out new videos once the game is out for a while and hasn’t seen any huge visual changes, so thank you very much for this. I’m playing at 1620p (21:9 4K so to speak) custom res on my lg cx 65 inch oled on a 3080 10gb with 24gb of ddr3 ram (was 32gb but one 8gb ram kit died) and with an age old xeon e3 1230v3 @3,3ghz. Getting around 60~120fps with a couple of stuttering in especially town area or when changing areas which I guess is because of the cpu or the game, I don’t know but I haven’t tried out balanced mode and 4K textures cause quality was always running smoothly most of the time and the 4K textures crashed my pc a couple of times when the game released. Will try your settings as well as dlss balanced and 4K textures. I’m also playing on steam deck. Wondering about best fsr2 setting on the deck. Have it on quality but the image is not very sharp. A lot of fizzle, unclearness.
Super useful video and really helped! More people should see this. BTW the distortion setting affects the flames on my new druid helm. Looks much better without the shimmer.
Thanks for this! I wish I knew when making the video because it would've been great to test the effect on performance from a moving distortion flame in-game. I was only able to find stationary ones myself and tested most spells/abilities with no luck.

Nicely done! Best guide out there for the in-game settings! Can you also do the same with the Nvidia control panel settings? I think they are important to! There are many options there and it can be confusing. Both the Nvidia control panel and the game have a vertical sync option I dunno why. Same thing with the Nvidia reflex low latency setting. And there are some windows 10/11 shenanigans too for gaming, cpu, etc! Plus bios stuff like Resizable BAR. Anyway did they changed anything with the expansion cuse I think the game visual looks better with the same config? I know they added view distance. Also do you know how the first 3 options under the gameplay tab affect the visuals/performance of the game? Btw in the new upcoming patch this week they say new graphics options have been added: -Chromatic Aberration Toggle -Ultra setting for Ray Tracing Reflections -Fixed an issue where some users couldn't toggle certain advanced graphics options. Maybe this will fix the options that are not working properly. It really gets me wonder why they do not work on the first place, maybe it's meant for console?

Reflex ON / Low Latency Boost reduces rendering latency. However, this requires your PC to keep up in real time without the use of any buffers. Basically, if you barely meet the required system specs for the particular game or the game isn't running very smooth to begin with. Note: If you notice any micro stuttering (or screen tearing) at all, reduce this setting. Otherwise turn it ON.
Thank you for bringing up the issue with the medium setting with Ambient Occlusion. I thought my gpu was broken. Wonder if Blizzard knows it’s an issue
