Job fair "Gledaj sebi posla"

In December 2024, the most comprehensive job fair "Gledaj sebi posla" in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina was held, organized by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, the Federal Employment Bureau, the Fund for Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities, and UN Women.
During the fair, UN Women organized the workshop "Step Forward," aimed at empowering women for the labor market. They also presented the employment program "Gerontodomaćice" which enables unemployed women to receive training and subsequently find employment in home assistance jobs.
