Every album before outlaw gentlemen and shady ladies is entirely heavy😂 Out gentleman has a few real heavy tracks but nothing as heavy as their first 4👌🏻
Try "A Moment Forever" "Dead but Rising" or "A Warrior's call" they are sure to sway your opinion (at least a little).
Why does no one comment on the growl between verses?
I was at US Bank Stadium in 2016 when they opened for Metallica, this song was played after the Johnny Cash intro of Ring Of Fire as it has been the other two times I have seen them. I thought they did great, Avenged Sevenfold was horrible (had a ton of sound issues).

Every band sucks when they open for Metallica. Of course, whether they actually do suck or not doesn’t matter.
Volbeat hasn’t changed their sound at all. You should give them another try when they aren’t opening for the greatest metal band of all time.

Volbeat is an amazing studio band. I absolutely love their studio work, but I saw them live and they were terrible
Joseph Staub Where did you see Volbeat? Were they the headliner or an opening act? They toured with Metallica where I live and played in the MN Vikings stadium. Neither band sounded good but I'm sure Metallica didn't really care as long as the sold out. Volbeat as the main act in a smaller venue are amazing.
@@laudanum669 They were opening for Slipknot and had a ton of sound issues and the singer pretty much acted like he didn't wanna be there
I saw volbeat live, they were an opening band and they were not good honestly, and I really disliked the vocals and they played forever I just wanted to see the headliner
