A couple guys gave me an exit interview and picked at me for details about my work. I told them some people I liked working with had been laid off, which was why I considered leaving, and said I wasn't enjoying working with the new team. They then went and told people on that team my complaints of them while I was in my two week notice, just to make things difficult for me. Helped me give an easy "no" when they called me to ask if I would come back 3 months later.

Wow. Just....wow. But on the upside, I'm sure you have no regrets about leaving.

This is something I really really struggle with, tough lesson to learn.

And a lesson I wish fewer and fewer people ever have to learn. Sadly, there's too many toxic leaders out there.

Thank you so much! I like what you said,
Until you leave, because I want to retire!
They do hurt you, especially when they take my bonuses, I just learn to love God more, and believe God will supply my needs! We are living in the Last Days!
    Thanks again, this is !😃

Last year I had a boss that was always on aderall and nobody was ever at his level. He eventually kicked me out bc he thought I was undermining him but I wasn’t, I was trying to make it through the damn day.
