Home made Takoyaki Recipe (with BGM)

I show you a recipe for how to make homemade takoyaki.

Dashi 2C
Octopus 100g/3.5oz
Beni-shoga 40g/1.4oz
Green Onion 5~6
Agedama 30g/1oz
Bonito Flakes
Ao-nori (seaweeds)
Mayonnaise
