Well here is an idea of my dream house , imagine ya combine ranger lookout tower into 2 story tower my idea was 200sqm 2 place imagine this Ground has Garage that has one huge door in middle thats 200 sqm Then on top of it there is balcony going around the floor 1 thats also 200 sqm and the door is in the middle then on floor 1 ya got floor 2 thats also 200 sqm and on top of that ya got a huge triangle roof thats a bit bigger for balcony size try to imagine that !

Doent look tropical to me, its full of glass, glass that will make your house even hotter in dry season.
You can use a blackout curtains and drapes to keep out the heat inside.
