How to fix plastic gear in intake manifold actuator/Fix fault code P2005/6 P2015 manifold position

Hi,
This is a video showing how to check Swirl flap actuator, how to fix it without any parts, only 10 nails. This repair not permanent as there is damage on the other gear too, so it works for now until other part sourced. The solution sometimes can be to replace that gear as a aftermarket replacement part or buy new complete actuator.
This is 2.0 TDI CR engine, the same actuator is in use on many other Volkswagen engines, any Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda or Seat.

Very Bad and Easy to brake and accident is going to happen 👎👎👎
