If we assume that deadpool 3 takes place before 2029, the year when logan died, it’s pretty possible that fox universe’s wolverine is alive and might play a role in this movie, in this way they aren’t touching the ending of logan in any way, unless something out of the box happens

I do have theory it might not be correct..
What I think is it is another multiverse with in marvel verse
So what we know in loki we have kang( from other universe) found our kang (who he remain) and start the multiversal war. We also know kang(who he remain) extract some universe and created marvel OG timeline. He try to prevent it from other kangs by destroying branches so it won't connect to any other universe where other kang exist. In ANTMAN quantumania we can see kanga and its council exist . we all know TVA is preventing kang to appear again then how they are alive. Ans might be simple cuz, we know multiverse war already happen when that happen every universe was every where in rope form and WHO HE REMAIN take some rope like time line created our universe just like loki did in season 2. And to conform this theory we can see in quantumania when council open its door the branches still exists but its not in tree form rather its in flow like river who have no direction. Still to conform it WHAT IF season 2 end scene tells us that loki created multiverse is different from watcher multiverse. I can be wrong but I hope if this proved even a little bit
