The main issue I see with Pugh when used in industry is the categories, and especially weights, are arbitrarily selected. Make sure you outline criteria for HOW those scores are determined, otherwise you are just purely guessing and your score will differ from the next person. The opposite of a data driven decision.

The pugh table comparing the cars, the vintage car should be 0 not 1. It doesn't change the outcome but I thought I'd mention it in case someone is confused by that.
