Our teams look like this. A, #1, #3 B, #2, #4 As opposed ti to the teams if player 2 picks 2 A picks #1 B picks #2 , #3 A picks #4 Now our teams look like A, #1, #4 B, #2, #3 Now that looks more fair to me. First pick gets the best snd worst player. This really doesn't matter if all players are of even skill level, instead of the wide range of skill levels here. But from just a balance perspective it makes alot of sense.
