Use %(CRLF) and \n to wrap long date&time axis tick labels and skip duplicate date info

Origin 2024b allows user to wrap long date and time axis tick labels into multiple lines by inserting %(CRLF) or
in the display format. When using
, not only the tick labels are wrapped but also the duplicated date will be skipped in tick labels.
