Two months ago the same thing happened to me with a man making a U-turn across three lanes of traffic! Our vans weigh a lot. My van currently weighs almost 10,000 pounds! That’s a lot of weight to stop and so many people cut off minivans especially nowadays they need to realize those mini vans have a lot of weight in them! I had things from the back hatch land in my windshield. I had to stop so fast. I try not to leave anything that could hurt me coming forward.😊
Thank you Lee for your awesome response. I will take some time and see where I can secure my storage drawers to. I do like having the room to sit and do stuff on the floor. So many have platform beds or camping beds but I find it a waste of good space. I love my roll out pad and its comfortable. The rain sounds so peaceful and nice. Many blessings your way lee. 🙏

There are so many nutty drivers on Long Island… You had me laughing with the number two..loved the train sound ..I grew up next to the Long Island Railroad..600 feet away in Lindenhurst .. I stay up until 2 to 3 am, then sleep until 10 to 11 am. I hate early mornings. Had to get up early for too many years and I'm over that, now that I don't have to. I love the peace of night, and when the weather is hot, the nights are much cooler than the days. I read, write, watch movies, play with my animals, watch podcasts I like, and all in the peace and cool of the night and very early mornings.

Hi Lee! My retirement is a few years away but I am in the "dreaming" stage and it cannot get here quick enough😂. To keep busy until then, I am making lists and changing them as i get more ideas. I also think about what things are good on paper, but are not realistic in travel life. ❓My question is: what are some things you either brought, bought, or things you did in your early travels that were not useful. Thank you for taking the time to video, edit and post the videos.
I was driving through Oklahoma on my way from Florida to Arizona and my Solar Panel flew off my roof!!!! I had used black gorilla tape which was double taped!
I go to bed early too.. up at 430.. I should go the gym .. I really should start going to the gym at that time. I use an app insight timer and have been listening to the same thunder storm on it at night for almost 2 years. It’s one of the few apps I pay for because I love it so much. Paul lost a lot when he lost you. You're pretty, intelligent, fun, in good shape and have a great attitude towards life. He should have told his ex wife to go to h*ll and fought for you. Maybe he did, and I'm not aware of it. I discovered your channel after you'd already broken up but I saw your vid where you described what his crazy ex did to harass you. Paul really messed up when he couldn't keep you, for whatever reasons. You're a catch and I hope and pray that you find a good man, that is If you want one.
I listen to the sound of rain, no thunder every night. Lights out at 9pm and I'm up by 5:30 am. I'm a morning person, also. Thumbs up and love from, S. California.
