After 6 years of medicine what all countries will you be able to work without any exams .

You can ask me if you have any questions about Bulgarian. The good thing is that every letter is always pronounced the same in every word, unlike with english.
The tricky part can be the different ending of the adjective depending on whether the noun being described is either a masculine, feminine or an "it" word.
But even if you make little errors like that at first, you'll still be understood, which is the main thing.
