Outstanding job on the production and editing of this video. You two ARE BY FAR the best cruising RUclipsrs ever! You're both the funniest, most informative, entertaining, charming, delightful and delectable, and downright mischievously scandalous. Plus, you work so well together as a team. I'm planning for my first cruise ever this November around the Caribbean on the MSC Seaside, then another through the Mediterranean on the NCL Jade in April. You guys have led me through some of the places I'll be visiting, have helped me cover all the bases, taught me all the tips and tricks, and have gotten me super excited for my entry into the adventurous world of cruising. Thanks and kudos to you both, Megan and Kate!
Normally cruise with Princess, Norwegian, Royal Caribbean or Celebrity so looking forward to trying out MSC and this new ship in a couple of months time. Great video guys.
just came off Virtuosa and seeing this now, I recognize how similar the ships are, though I do believe I like the theming/colour sceme of Bellissima a bit more. Feels more warm and inviting. Even though I did love Virtuosa.
Great video and beautifully presented but just coming off a ship with 200 guests it looked a bit like a floating city to me. It's great that there's a ship for every taste though.
Wow love their ships. Why do they not get better reviews? Is it the service? I'm new to cruising since December so I am willing to try them all as funds allow. Thank you for making it so exciting and informative!
Having been on 5 cruises with Princess, 3 with Royal Caribbean, 3 with Norwegian, 1 with P&O Australia, 1 with Virgin Voyages and 1 with MSC (on the Bellissima) I would say MSC does rank lowest for service. Not necessarily terrible, just the worst of the lot. With Princess, Royal and P&O Aus the service was fantastic, staff are friendly, the room attendants, bartenders and waiters at the dining areas remember your name and preferences (even on the largest ships). They always smile and say hi when you pass them in the corridors and they’ll move out of the way for you. They check in on you frequently to see if you need anything and try to predict your needs. Very small things such as: I prefer to not have 4 pillows in my bed when I sleep, so I put 3 of them on the armchair on my first night. The next night, the attendant made the bed but left 3 of the pillows on the shelf without me needing to say anything. Bartender’s remember your favourite drinks once you order the same thing a couple times. Virgin and Norwegian also do most of the above but not quite as well as the others. They remember your name and are friendly but it’s very generic service. But with MSC it kind of just felt like the staff were there to complete their tasks. Which again isn’t a bad thing, they weren’t rude or anything but it’s just a step down once you’ve gotten used to service on other ships. The food on board is also not as good but that’s not a huge concern for me. I’d definitely cruise with them again since my family and friends enjoy spending time at ports and tend to just recharge our energy when we’re onboard. It’s still a clean and beautifully designed ship to get you from port to port. Not to mention it’s cheaper than the others. I think since cruises tend to be for an older demographic who do enjoy sea days and spending more time onboard than at ports, that decline in service is much more noticeable. However, I’m 27 and more port-oriented than ship oriented when cruising so it’s a perfectly fine ship to me.
It looks amazing, I really enjoyed this video you are getting more professional all the time without being patronising. One question tho, does it get overcrowded with it being a large ship ?
I would never sail on MSC again! I sailed on the Seaview in June and found it to be terrible. Rude staff and sub standard of cleanliness. Was charged for a shuttle bus from the port to Palma that I never took and when I questioned it and told her I stayed on the ship after a few moments the girl on customer services said “You lie, you got off the ship” which is the rudest thing someone has said to me!! She then told me she would speak to security. 5 mins later she came back! No word of apology and said I have taken the charge off. When I enquired about an apology she said “I have taken the charge off, goodbye”
What a great job you did with this video. A beautiful ship but did you experience sensory overload? I think for me it would be like walking into a China shop if you know what I mean.
Is there an age restriction in the solarium? We will be cruising on the Virturosa in February 2021and will be a little chilly for our 15yo out in the main pool.
Loved the look of this ship , all MSC ships look beautiful, however I’ve heard a lot of negatives things about the service and especially the food . This is a shame as it’s one of the more affordable cruise lines . Video looked amazing though guys . Great job .🤗
I thought the food was great. Probably, some people are expecting lavish food on a budget ship. The buffet is basically like any you would get in Vegas, but not the lavish ones with lobster etc.

My Wife and I sailed on her last month. The best time of my life👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🇿🇦🇿🇦
I just finished the vacation on bellisima few days ago, it's the best vacation of my life.
Miss everything on bellisima❤️
I find it hilarious that it is an Arizona themed water park. I lives there for a bit. It’s a landlocked desert.
I'm going on this ship tomorrow can't wait I'm so excited
You had me at 1,000 Cappuccinos ☺️
Wow beautiful ship, never fancied MSC ,but might change my mind after watching this 👍🛳
I was on this cruise last month. Amazing ship! Do it!!

Just got off that ship last month. It’s amazing! If you can sail on it do it!

Wow, it's like a mini city. Can't wait
well done, fellas! Beautiful ship....would love to sail on her some day :)
Thank you for this heading on this beautiful ship 25/1/20....Sailing round Dubai...❤
Great video and beautifully presented but just coming off a ship with 200 guests it looked a bit like a floating city to me. It's great that there's a ship for every taste though.
Excellent tour, thanks! Hope to sail on her in 2020.
awsome, you guys are the best!
Seriously impressed with the ship and your video.

my thoughts exactly-why the overwhelmingly negative reviews? it's sad.

in two weeks I will board the Bellissima, in Barcelona 😁😁😁
How was it??
Will you have a group cruise for this ship? I am a solo cruiser, but would like to meet new people!
Is there an age restriction in the solarium? We will be cruising on the Virturosa in February 2021and will be a little chilly for our 15yo out in the main pool.
No, the solarium is for anyone.
