    The construction method was similar to Kumkang Kind which i work for nearly 10 years. Compare to conventional method which are using plywood, wood and nails, this method was really fast which is 3 to 4 times faster. As my experience, normally we manage to raise 4 level per month easily. And for an Apartment that have 10 level, it just take 1 year to complete it all from concrete to finishing (painting, installing windows, doors and tiles).

    Дороговато выйдет такая алюминиевая опалубка. Это подойдёт для типового проекта массового строительства. У нас в России такие технологии не нужны, воровать на строительстве станет тяжело прорабам и всей начести, что кормяться этим. Только индивидуальный проект для честных застройщиков. Но тут круг замыкается )))

    Saw the power boxes, but where do the wires run? Plumbing? Put together, take apart, it most add to the overall bill. I think the foam block system would be better.

    • @steamsteam6607
      @steamsteam6607 4 года назад

      The advantage with this over polystyrene block concrete builds is that this can do the floor and underlying walls at the same time. Possibly also the door and window openings are way easier and better with this sort of Alulinium system compared to foam blocks. Maybe the extra cost doesn't isn't justified by the few days of time you may win with that as it only workds for few story residential buildings anyways. You can of course just run the pipes and pour the concrete over or grind the wiring in later but this is a thing with almost all kinds of construction isn't it?

      Circular saw can do it.

    • @delightfulThoughs
      @delightfulThoughs 28 дней назад

      The actual problem is the electrical conduit for outlets, lights, switches not to mention the pipes for fresh, gray and black water that should be very very carefully planned and have several extra just in case because once the concrete is poured there is no way back and to run a cable or a pipe on the face of the wall just doesn't look good.
      I can see the cost savings. I have seen first hand a building being built with a very similar system and I use to work in the building after it was finished. It was a 3 story restaurant and they did it very fast when started. I have no idea how long the planning took.

    It is only for a few floors, residential though the aluminium otherwise zouldn't hold the load of all the floors while the concrete sets. Otherwise your building takes too long to comlplete. At least that's what I think. Very interesting, cool concept. Full concrete construction is great for soundproofing, fireproofing, durability etc. To optimise it just needs a good thermal insulation system that at the same time reuces the amount of concrete needed. You can of course just insulate the outside against the concrete but it would be nice. Maybe this is more cost and few advantages over foam polystyrene block concrete builds or is it?
    Maybr doorways and stairs are better and easier with aluminium concrete formwork? I would ike to see them compared.

    The external vibrator will not reach down the bottom of these tall walls!.

    I wouldn't want to work with this in the sun. The stuff is a frying pan and a mirror at the same time.

    I think such a ("template house base") is not a bad idea! One year, the builder can make more houses with a template. Costs are thus optimal.
    I would like to order a template based on a finished concept! Single-storey, 3-room house 100 sqm, SABLON house! Could this be?

    The video is not complete. What about all those support struts holding up the ceiling -- they're still in place.
