This German entry should of won in 1994 it was the best song of the night, it was a great party track sang in English and German very cleaver pop band, it would of made me happy if the song had won that year in the 1990s, I love dance hits similar to this one, I really loved this dance pop beat it was very entertaining. EBU asked Italian conductor to change the beginning of the song because it was too long (3'10). and !! Mia Martini didn't know the lyrics of her song and had to sing with a small paper in her hand. I was sitting on the right face to the stage 4th rank so very very close to the orchestra. It was easy for me to see who was really playing live ! I can confess that only some trumpets during the chorus played very loud. Some violin lines. 90% was on a tape !!
@@JeSuisRene violins play a lot on the 2d part and of course during "the bridge" at the end but all the beat and guitar are playback EBU stopped orchestra for financial reasons and because they say it was "old fashioned" ... In Sanremo they have live music with sometimes tapes but songs are hits there !

I know from other comments over the years that you are a supporter of the live orchestra and live music in general. So why are you often trying to downplay the role of the orchestra in songs like this one? The strings and brass arrangement is quite extensive. If they were taken away it would have changed the character of the piece. Based on what I hear I would have said 30 % rythm track, 30 % live orchestra and 40 % live vocals.
