I've seen them in action first hand. Sadly, many itmes. As a former inmate in Gwinnett Co. I can attest that the RRT(RT) teams absolutely use more force than is necessary in most cases. They WANT to fuck you up.

Complying.... sure, but if the issue isn't big, they shouldn't be allowed to even put hands on someone over something mild!! These type of workers get real arrogant, and yeah they have to be tough and careful. ...but this guy is human and I guarantee he would have complied if someone just talked to him in a decent manor!!
