Love the connection to composers who cherished the true American sound and folk music, Gershwin, Copeland, etc. Randall is carrying on the traditions and it's all part of the eternal cycle of peoples, their music, rhythms, lives. So blessed to have another gifted musician to carry on.

Perfect.
This is beautiful and really captures the spirit of the song. I've heard a lot violin w piano accompaniment but the melodies and harmonies in both instruments here are so intertwined they can't do without one another and I love the interplay and relationship between them. A great adaptation played by outstanding musicians.
