The thing that has helped me the most with meal planning is making each day for dinners “themed” (Monday- pasta, Tues- tacos/Mexican, Wed- Fish, etc). It has helped so much with knowing what I need grocery wise and it takes a big mental load off of me without being tied down to specific meals each day/week. It’s been a game changer for us and I don’t dread making dinner nearly as much because of how much this has simplified for me!

Yes! A week of cooking video would be amazing, I’m pregnant with my first baby and am wanting to be more intentional about grocery shopping and what we’re eating, it’s sooooo hard to form new eating habits.

Lovely motivational video ❤ just a little tip, I live in the Netherlands and we do not put our garlic and unions in the refriderator :) we just put them in a cabinet so they are in a dark spot and that way they stay good for months. Have a blessed day 💕

Recently married here and I'm worried about how he will lead the home and our kids. He still goes to church, but does not pursue Jesus in any other way. He was more active while we were dating and engaged, but his relationship with Jesus is practically non-existent. Thank you♡

Love it! I do the same! You should find a long clear egg storage container! Mine fits like 4 dozen eggs, it’s so nice to have them all in one place and not in the cartons and you can quickly see how much you have. Also it’s a good task for a little helper to gently put the eggs into the container. 🤍

Look up Dr Berry and carnivore I've lost a ton of weight and have kept it off for over 4 years its life changing.
Try putting the lettuce upside down with the paper towel we used to do this in a restaurant and it made it last wayyy longer can do with fruit too :)

Sorry, but so distracted with how seamless you put baby girl on your back! I'm about to try this with my 19m old. I've been making it way harder on myself 😅
It gets easier when your baby gets used to it and the baby will hang on and position themselves for you. My 7 month old is already getting used to it and hangs on the best she can at her age lol.
