Love the short form highlights! Keep them rolling in.
Glad to hear you like the highlights!
when Burton dropped Terje I was done with Burton. I don't think Jake would have allowed that
20+ year skateboarder here, and I love The Bomb Hole.
Honored to hear that!
Crazy hearing her talk about having to respond to the George Floyd incident… like Burton has anything to do with it. I’ve never thought of any snowboard brand as “not being inclusive enough”. I’ve never thought “oh shit! Am I racist against black people because my favorite snowboard brand doesn’t explicitly state their stance against the nazis?”
fantastic effort at missing the point, A+
exactly, not to mention the lgbt BS🤦🏻♂️
@@michaelparks1632 Please tell me what I’m missing.
@@tetaizozadja7080 the echelon’s in which they are being judged, and literally graded on such things, is so detached from the way the world actually works. Reminds me of that Audi commercial a while back. I will never look at Audi the same after making that commercial, where as before, I was indifferent. Like knowing Burton cares about that shit doesn’t make me want to invest. It makes me worried that they are being influenced by things unrelated to snowboarding, and that their products and ultimately the customers, will suffer from their lack of connectedness to the actual essence of snowboarding. Which by the way, is naturally unifying, and needs no help in making it so.
@@tetaizozadja7080 thanks for being an ally :P
Respect to Burton, but once you become a brand of that size its impossible not to lose touch.
Look at what Jones is doing. It's phenomenal.
Get her to talk about the officially licensed Burton Camping gear in Korea. By LG….so weird.
Sounds interesting. Where did you find that connection and where can I view the products?
Opening brand stores across from local shops who supported them since 83…”luxury” branding while faking with “Chill”….
Greg Dacyshyn, the “letter”, aligning with Vail and moving the open there to subsequently see it destroyed, treatment of local shops, bizarre move to tacitly market itself as a luxury brand.
I wish they woulda brought “the letter” up during the interview
Burton was good and was the worst of the snow indusrty. While I think they have done some good but that fact they overall think their shit dont stink I will never buy another of their products
Yee I never liked Burton either . Never will ride one of their products, capita for life
