Greetings from Paraguay! In my community the church provided school supplies that were prepared in PFJ/FSY. The church is growing in this city little by little. The service is something wonderful 😊

There are so many ways that we can help the main thing is to have a temple recommended if you have this you are helping. The app system is amazing for family history work as well.

The church helped me and my 4 children, my youngest brother and youngest sister being a single parent, the white members went all out for us, one sister gave us a lift to and from church and have us lots of vegetables. The church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has been a Blessing to this South African Black Family. All my children are inactive but they respect the church coz they saw how members rallied around us..😊😊😊😊
Why do we even call it a “service” mission? They are still missionaries and should be addressed as such! They are still equally compared to “normal” missionaries.
Temples usually take 5-10 years from announcement to completion. In some cases that are announced before the land for them is even purchased, which makes it take longer.

I’m curious, will we hear anything new on the announced Russia area temple announced 2-3 years ago?
I'm still waiting for Hungary's Temple announced 4 or 5 years ago...lol
Probably when the Shanghai temple will move forward. Perhaps in our zeal, we’re getting a bit over our skis.

That will probably be on hold for a while considering current events…but I am hopeful for the future.
