Wait wait wait…… I’ve figured it out. So Dekus quirk is different to his mother (Inko Midoryia’s) quirk and father’s (All For One) quirk. So this means that Deku had a good quirk so AFO wanted to take it but he felt too bad so he gave him one of his quirks or Inko cheated on AFO with another man with a similar quirk to Dekus.
Hmmm, that's a good theory.🤔
Either that or it’s a rare occurrence where the child’s Quirk isn’t like the parents
Maybe AFO’s quirk is a recessive gene compared to Inko’s quirk, making Inko’s quirk take priority
