Thanks for taking us along with you to The Rough Bounds of Knoydart. We have enjoyed watching part 1 & 2 in one hit tonight,iIt is an area I love to seeon videos and TV programs but not one I am ever likely to get to myself because my two human companions don't do camping. Shame about the rain Dan but then it all adds to the atmosphere in Scotland doesn't it ? We are looking forward to seeing where else you go after this . Thanks again and take care : ) Teddy
Thanks Teddy! Yeah, rain sometimes just seems "appropriate". We spoke to a local lady out walking her dogs in the evening and she said the same thing - the rain is how you're supposed to experience the rough Bounds apparently. Seems we got lucky on that front! 😄 Glad you enjoyed the vids so far, the trip didn't let up in terms of wonderful days, gonna pull my finger out and get editing the next one today! 🤠👍🏻

It looked a great place to hike and camp but for a fair-weather hiker/camper like me, I would have hated the wet conditions lol. It did give it a real Lord of the Rings feel to the whole video to be fair. Cheers Alan

I noticed a few shots where it looks very smooth. At about 07:45 there are 3 shots. Back cam (to your face) smooth footage, forward cam looking along trail (a bit shaky but not bad). Then back cam again, smooth. Looks good Dan.
Aw cheers man - nice to get a camera work compliment, isn't warranted very often!! 😂 All just shot with the tripod, never used a gimbal - I seem to recall John (Hounds) putting me off, saying they were a lot of money for not especially great results...? Bob Ross camera setting then. It’s definitely on. Look at those shots of you walking. Your head and shoulders are bouncing around but the shot remains steady and smooth. You’ve got to research that on your phone because it’s good and only on the back cam rather than front cam. 👍
