I listen to Mpoomy so much that I sometimes just hear her in my head 🤣♥️so grateful for the gems of wisdom that are always dropped and the balance y’all’s insights bring,Thank you Mpoomy for your fire and thanks Brenden for your chilledness
I am in business with Hubby. 4 years in and it's a constant work in progress. We honestly talk business all the time. We have just watched this podcast together and we have a lot of things we took away so that we run the business better. Love you guys so much...
Them Ledwabas always shows us that what has been said about marriage and marrying young has always been a myth... The way the protray love give me hope and joy and also more trust in the Lord that all in goof time will work out.. The confidence I always walk out with after watching them 🥺♥️ God bless them even more🙌
Two incredible leaders. I would love to see an episode where you discuss how you balance each other in terms of leadership as regards Family and business. You seem to find the balance so perfectly. Thank you for the wisdom Love 💘 from Uganda 🇺🇬
Ooww woow Brenden, using that analogy ya "tires and the road" after the quote by Henry Ford 😢☺️.... Yaa ne, it hit home. I used to work for Ford Silverton plant for 14 years, and you reminded me that I had a great working environment there. Thank you Mrs Mom and Brenden Praise for the amazing work you continue to do. May God increase you in wisdom and knowledge. We love you 🙏🙏💕💕😊😊
Bless you guys...thank you for another insightful conversation. I'm not sure if this is relevant but thought I should share...I serve with my husband at church in the worship team(we are yet to start our business) and we have been talking bout how much challenging it is, because if sixabana or whatever issues arise in rehearsal they automatically come home..now we get home and we are mad at each other (LOL) and we have to talk about it. For an example this last Sunday morning we woke up and ended up speaking about what I did wrong on Wednesday in rehearsal. It sort of became an argument and we were still going to church, he was going to preach and mind you it was our wedding anniversary. But saxabana ekuseni because of working together in the team. As a result our wedding anniversary morning was somehow ruined but we recovered Lol, and of course he preached very well (bless God). I've even thought of leaving the team but I won't/can't. Worse he's the leader and sometimes if I'm wrong there kumele angiqondise in front of people which is also a challenge since I am his wife or if someone ekhuluma kabi nami it's hard for him 2jump in so yeah. Again, thank you Mpoomy and Brenden for your ministry. I might not always be here in the comments but I follow your ministry, main reason being the fact that I so much relate to it. Ngiyabonga kakhulu. Stay blessed!!!
I love this Quote; Henry Ford: Coming together is the beginning, keeping together is progress and working together is success 🙌👏 *Respect is Key. That's so Good 👍Thank you Mrs Mom and Brenden.
You Guys are awesome, you inspire me a lot and I really pray to have the kind of connection, relationships and understanding you have with each other. it's us beautiful.
What Brenden said about people walking away and not commiting to resolving and going around an issue, i understand him it baffles me that most people do it and it's normal 😭
Honestly, working together with your spouse requires a lot of wisdom and patience. Just running my ideas with my husband who we don't work together still causes tension😅😅😅. It's so good to see you both do it and talk it with so much wisdom. The truth is sole proprietorship is hard, partnership is harder👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
It's Mphoomy saying " Your THAT GIRL for me. " to her husband. Imagen knowing someone has your back like that...let alone your married to that kind of SUPPORT!!.. Damn Brenden!!.. Your doing your job!!
Thank you Brenden and Mpoomy. I have learned so much from this podcast. I am a single woman looking to work with my husband in the future and the points you shared are eye opening. Thank you for opening your hearts and being vulnerable with us. It add so much value to me and very informative. It opens up my mind and see the realities of relationship goals 💯. I have love and respect for you. God bless you
:) Goed koop is duur koop , you guys are doing a perfect Job i know myself and hubby still struggles working together but when we do it works so well , and you are correct , our Motto is for every voice there's an invoice because we both do more motivational speaking and facilitating so i totally agree with paying the partner for the work"Respect""
this is so helpful especially for me in this season where im getting ready to get married and im trying to learn so much from different sources you guys have really helped my outlook on other situations that i didnt have before thank you so much
You guys are just amazing. They say never compare your life or love life with others but damn my man better be watching how you guys support and push one another for greatness cause that's my expectations from our union.
I think my prayer is that I will forever get to work with my partner honestly. It's always been. About being on dates and you just find yourself talking about work I think just coming up with a "better" topic for the one who's not comfy with what's been spoken about would be a good place to start bt also talking about the dynamics of how well your business works or not due to certain individual values helps the couple discover the other person better and understanding where they are always coming from in making decisions
Love loved it! this is so on time for me, I am currently working but with a small business on the side. I have always wanted to work with family ie my siblings, but not everyone is on board, everyone wants to do their own thing. just last week I decided to join my savings for a business with my fiancé, whenever I bring an idea I have to him his always so intentional about listening and always gives contractive criticism. We are not sure what we are going to venture into but we do have a lot of common interests and honestly I feel safe taking this step with him than my own siblings. Your vulnerability has benefited me a great deal because I kept praying and asking God if my actions of letting go off trying something with my family and starting something with my fiancé is pleasing to him. And this just answered it, that short but very impactful touch on your fathers business has shed light for me. Its okay that my dream of a family business with my siblings hasn't come to pass, perhaps such a dream was place in my heart by God for the journey I am starting and not where I currently am.
I wouldn't be too worried about discussing work at date night.... I guess when you work together there's this fear or worry that all there would be to talk about is work.. but you may find that sometimes during date night you talk about work and during working times you guys discuss things that are "personal" or unrelated to work when that happens I let it happen
Initially l was thinking l wouldn't want to work with my husband until Brendan starting talking about how most successful businesses are family business and made so much sense. I guess it takes discipline, wisdom and committment. Being able to separate business and relationships

“You can’t be everything to everyone in every situation “ that was powerful for me ⚡️⚡️
I love that analysis of the mountain Brendan talked about. I'm keeping it😁👏🏽
The smile I have on my face all the time I watch and listen to these two.

Ah!🙌🏾😍... the part about it being ‘love’ and not ‘business’🔥🔥
Also the part about how paying each other is respect 🥰🥲
“You’re fired”🤣🤣🤣Like this commitment of staying regardless♥️
Two incredible leaders. I would love to see an episode where you discuss how you balance each other in terms of leadership as regards Family and business. You seem to find the balance so perfectly. Thank you for the wisdom
