Perhaps you could make a giant fruit basket cake. You could maybe use glaze to add shine to the fruits and also you could create an awesome pattern on the basket.

I still take the top off and put the creams together with double stuff oreos. I sometimes even take the creams off all together, samwhich them together and then put the tops back, making the ultimate cookie

You make this look so easy Yo! I have just finished my son's 3rd birthday cake, 3 layers (chocolate, banana, chocolate) and gumpaste dinosaurs and Swiss meringue buttercream and a secret chamber! I baked on Sunday, crumb coat Monday (it's hot in Queensland Australia so it needed much longer to chill) and Tuesday afternoon final ice and decorate! It was a lot of work but man does the cake look and taste amazing!
