Thank you! My to-do list was long it was making me sleepy just looking at it! 😂 I thought I was the only one. Thank you for giving techniques to help me get things done. 🙏

Omg I missed this live because I was taking a nap due to my brain shutting because of everything I need to do and not sure how to and when to do it.
I use the keep sake notes app on my phone and Also when I have random papers and notebooks scattered everywhere that I never remember what I put what notes. My life is a mess but I'm ready to get it organized and in check. Thanks for being here

My new plan is to put an alarm clock time on everything I need to do each and every day.

I use the kitchen timer (an egg timer in the shape of a ladybird bug) and I make appointments with myself, blocking off time on my calender/diary for different contexts like home/house, health, hobbies, projects, planning personal/self care, admin, (paperwork, calls, emails etc) , happiness (things that create joy), errands and out of the house, etc. I break down the different tasks from the daily brain dump into lists using these contexts/categories.
My biggest mindset change was sparked by someone saying "you plan for the ideal day/week/season, leave a little wiggle room each day and don't beat yourself up when something happens that stops you from doing it all. The plan is there to help you not to bully you and make you feel bad."

From Maine, Team Replay. Was also napping as I was tired from the day. When I woke to see the time it had been done by about 3 hours already, ah well, next time will try again.
    You’re awesome as per usual!

Thank you for sharing these tips in depth! I'm usually pretty organized and still found a couple ways to level up. ❤

I used to walk around with my master to do list but get nothing done on it! 😂 For some reason I found comfort in carrying it around and looking like I have a plan and that I'm productive.
