Kasjuni is the opposite of a "hidden gem", it's one of the most if not the most overcrowded, overpriced and overhyped beach in croatia. Almost 100 euros for 2 sunbeds for one day in august plus music blasting in the background. Yeah super hidden, awesome gem bro.
You are right. However, all beaches in the area are expensive during the high season, especially in nearby Makarksa/Baska Voda region. Other beaches also charge 50€ for sunbeds which is extremely overpriced, I agree. Kasjuni, however, is in walking distance from the center, parking is FREE (and not 5€ per hour) and it's in the middle of the awesome Marjan park. Definitely it's not a "hidden gem" for locals, but for those who haven't been to Split - it may be 😊
Love this beach but only out of season. When it’s the high season, it’s overcrowded, and its popularity even causes the traffic jams on the road between old town and Marjan. No place to park, crowds in the buses etc. - don’t recommend if you’re looking for a calm place.
Awesome video! We've been there 2 years ago and location is perfect - definitely the best beach for those who live in the Old Town.
Thank you so much ❤🇭🇷👍

Totally agree. Lets say, avoid it in July and August. At all other times, it's actually very good :)
