7 Year Update on OPUS BT C3400 Li Ion Battery Charger

It's been 7 years since I had purchased this OPUS BT-C3400 Li-Ion/NiMh battery charger on Amazon. Over those 7 years, it has been used to charge and test 18650 cells used to power my cameras for here and cubecompmtdx. Here's my updates on this product including the modifications done to it to fix a cooling flaw in its design.

Mine in slot #1 dont let me go higher then 700mah It doesn matter if there is only 1 baterry om the charger is this normal? On the other slots let me go higher than 700mah but on slot #1 the highest it can go is just 700mah

It'll be probably a week before the next update comes. I might have found the solution though I need to know for sure if it actually works first.
