Take a break from competition and fall back in love with running for running sake vs running for winning sake. Reconnect with friends, nature and yourself and stop watching the clock and km for a while.....
When you start to focus to much in the competitions, you loose the joy of running. It’s a moving meditation, to improve our lives.
Thats exactly how I feel. running is my meditation, my religion. It helps me find flow and puts me in a better mental mindset each time.

At 2:46 did they pay to sleep in that hallway of the shed? Or did they just find an open shed and sleep there?
Think that one runner is suffering from 11 hours on the trail, maybe with high altitude causing low brain oxygen...he is talking about ham and cheese on his moustache! See 9:23.
